Class of 2025 Scholarship Reporting Form
Important scholarship dates and information. Please mark your calendars: Most of the CHS Specific Scholarships will start opening on March 7th. The deadline to apply for these scholarships will be on April 7th. These are scholarships that only CHS seniors can apply for. You can view these scholarships on the CHS SPECIFIC SCHOLARSHIPS PAGE Please keep in mind that we will be adding more scholarships as they become available. CHECK BACK OFTEN! The scholarship reporting form is NOW OPEN! Please complete the form as many times as you need but don't forget to report ALL OF THE SCHOLARSHIP OFFERS YOU RECEIVED. Even if you aren't planning to attend colleges you receive offers from, we still want you to REPORT ALL OFFERS! Here is a link to the CHS CLASS OF 2025 SCHOLARSHIP REPORTING FORM You will have until April 18th to report scholarships for our CHS scholarship assembly which will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2025. Scholarship Types

Students are considered for most academic scholarships with their Utah college applications. Each college will have additional scholarships that students can apply for AFTER they have been admitted to the college and received a student ID #.

Scholarship Tips

Mrs. Adams #1 TIP: Create an electronic scholarship folder on your laptop or a USB thumb drive. This is a great tool in quickly applying for scholarships. Items in the folder should include a senior brag sheet, scholarship resume and essays.
