Support for Helpers during Coronavirus: The Fred Rogers Center published the following resource which has information on talking to children (of all ages) about what is going on and how to care for children and yourself during this time. Please click on the following link for more information.

Mental Health Care: Davis Behavioral Health Outreach (801-773-7060) and the SafeUT (app with texting or phone at 833-372-3388) offer ways for children and adults to get help they may need when they are in crisis. Please click on the following links for more information.
