This legislation requires schools to obtain parent/guardian permission before providing students with foods, snacks, or drinks during school hours that contain certain food dyes, preservatives, or additives.

Please log in to myDSD and review the electronic document regarding HB 402. After reviewing the information, please complete and electronically sign the form.

Your prompt attention to this request will help us ensure that we are following the requirements of the legislation while continuing to provide opportunities for student recognition, celebrations, and incentives throughout the school year.

SENIORS!!! Join the class of 2027 tomorrow morning, August 22nd, on the Falcon football field for Senior Sunrise at 6:30 am. Senior shirts will be available for purchase. Drinks and donuts are free!

Back-to School Night August 18!

Come find your classrooms and meet your teachers at CHS from 5:00-6:00 pm. There is a community night held at NDJH for all the Clearfield Community families from 6:00-7:30 pm. There will be information about the community resources available for your family, free food and activities the kids will enjoy!

Congratulations to our student government for earning the Leadership Excellence Award from Utah State University this past week! This award is given to the top school at the conference. Way to go Falcons!

Join Davis Reads 45 this summer! Students are challenged to read for 45 days, earning prizes every 5 days and a special end-of-summer event for those who complete the challenge. Pick up books during summer library hours. Families should check with their local elementary school for specific days and times. Regular summer reading helps prevent learning loss and supports continued academic growth. Contact your school or library to get started!
