Last night, our Unified Sports Basketball team lit up the gym during a halftime scrimmage! Their energy, smiles, and amazing shots had the audience standing on their feet cheering!

More cheers and Falcon pride filled the gym as our school was awarded a very prestigious NATIONAL award for our efforts and sustainability for inclusion of kids with disabilities. To meet the qualifications, you have to be in line with up to 10 competencies of inclusion such as, unified sports, whole school inclusion, club activities, and sustainability plans. WE MEET ALL 10!!

It is time for the annual Creature Clash contest, sponsored by the Art Department!

Creature characters do NOT need to be Pokemon inspired as they have in previous years. Characters do need to have either real or fantastical animal characteristics. We're excited to see all the creative submissions!

Students can visit Ms. Wilson in S101 during Intervention if they have questions.

Clearfield High Productions proudly presents the Greek Mythology Olympiganza! Shows will run January 28th through February 2nd at 7:00 in the CHS Little Theater. Purchase your tickets on our school website by going to "Activities" then clicking on "Performing Arts Tickets"

Future Falcons! Today is the day! Falcon Preview begins at 5:00 PM to 7:00 pm. This is an open house style event. Parents and students will have the opportunity to explore the school, meet with counselors, teachers and coaches to all Clearfield has to offer. We hope to see you tonight!

Credit Recovery next week! Come to the library Monday through Thursday, January 26th -29th, from 2:30-4:30 to recover your courses for free!

Save the date! Summer Driver Education registration opens on Tuesday, April 7th at 7:00 am in the main office. Registration is in person only and spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Important parking lot reminders. Please know the parking rules to avoid a citation. All students who received a parking pass, also received a half sheet of paper with parking reminders. These reminders can also be found on our school website. Thank you for your adherence.

Free Parking Friday's are back! Students can park in 1st and 2nd Lots and in the Fisher Park parking lot across the street on Friday's without a parking pass for the remainder of the school year. However, students may NOT park in the East Staff Lot behind the building, or in the front of the school in the FAF or Visitor spots. Violators will be ticketed.

Do you love to sing or play in a band? We want you!!! Battle of the Bands registration is underway and will close Friday, January 16th! We're looking for soloists, duets and bands to participate! Scan the QR code to sign up!

TOMORROW, Thursday, January 8th, YOU are invited to a Karaoke Party in the commons during lunch! Everyone is welcome! The PTA is excited to announce and encourage participation in the Battle of the Bands coming up in February! Registration is due January 16th.

Welcome back Falcons! We hope you enjoyed your winter break and are excited to embark on the last half of the school year! As we begin 2nd semester, with a fresh start, it's a great opportunity to set new intensions! How do you want to improve upon what you already do? How's your mindset? Are you able to stay organized, manage your time wisely and submit assignments on time? Set small goals for yourself and write them down. You'll be more likely to achieve them! Happy learning!
